Mayes, Lowe wed in October

Walsh Park in Fremont was the setting for the Oct. 3, wedding of Christina Mayes and Kenny Lowe II. Rev. Jacob Gulick officiated at the 2:30 p.m. ceremony.

Mayes is the daughter of John and Sue Mayes of Clyde. Lowe is the son of Ken and Kathy Lowe of Woodville.

The bride was given in marriage by her father, John Mayes.

Tiffany Fritz, Bellevue, friend of the bride, served at maid of honor and Kaley Pfieffer, Fremont, friend of the bride, service as matron of honor.

Serving as bridesmaids were Sarah Reiter, Fremont, friend of the bride and Alexis Keegan, Clyde, niece of the groom.

Kevin Lowe, Woodville, brother of the groom was the best man. Groomsmen werre Heath Slack, Walbridge, friend of the groom; Kris Lowe, Woodville, brother of the groom and John Mayes, Clyde, brother of the bride.

A reception was held at the VFW in Clyde.

Ken and Kathy Lowe, parents of the groom, hosted a rehearsal dinner on Oct. 2, at Walsh Park.

After returning from a honeymoon to Marco Island Florida, the couple will reside in Clyde.

The bride is a 2000 graduate of Clyde High School and a 2004 graduate of Stautzenberger College. She is currently employed as a registered veterinary technician.

The groom is a 1997 graduate of Woodmore High School. He is currently employed as a quarry worker.
